The Indian Army organised a pre-training and guidance programme for Agniveer and Territorial Army aspirants at Banihal, with the aim of assisting local youth in preparing for upcoming recruitment rallies and examinations. The programme was designed to provide structured guidance to aspirants on various aspects of the recruitment process, including the written examination syllabus, effective study techniques, physical training standards and medical fitness requirements. The initiative aimed to motivate and guide the youth of Banihal and nearby areas towards achieving their goal of joining the Armed Forces and serving the nation.

The opening address witnessed enthusiastic participation from a considerable number of aspirants. Mr Mohd Mir, ZEPO Banihal, attended the event and shared valuable guidance with the participants, encouraging them to remain disciplined, focused and consistent in their preparation. The aspirants expressed gratitude to the Indian Army for providing timely guidance and support. They also pledged to work hard with dedication to fulfil their dream of serving the nation.
