Leh, June 30: In recognition of exemplary professionalism and dedicated service, the Chief of the Army Staff (COAS), General Dhiraj Seth, has awarded the Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) Commendation Card to Lieutenant Colonel Manish Kumar, Aide-de-Camp (ADC) to the Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, during a ceremony held in Leh.The honour recognises the officer’s outstanding devotion to duty and significant contribution while serving in one of India’s most strategically important regions.
