New Delhi, July 13: Reaffirming its long-standing commitment to supporting the people of Afghanistan, India has handed over a fresh consignment of family tents to Afghanistan’s Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation (MoRR) to help address the shelter and rehabilitation needs of thousands of Afghan returnees.
The humanitarian assistance comes at a time when Afghanistan is witnessing a growing influx of returning refugees, placing immense pressure on the country’s already fragile humanitarian infrastructure.
