Akhnoor, Jammu | July 20, 2026: In a remarkable achievement for education and community outreach, the Akhnoor Ignited Minds Initiative has recorded a 100% success rate in NEET 2026, with all 27 students enrolled under the programme successfully qualifying the prestigious medical entrance examination.

The milestone reflects the success of a collaborative initiative led by the Indian Army, in partnership with Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (AVNL) and the National Integrated Educational Development Organisation (NIEDO), aimed at providing quality education and mentorship to students from economically weaker sections.

The Ignited Minds Initiative was launched to support talented students from underprivileged backgrounds by offering:

  • Academic mentoring.

The programme enabled students to pursue their dream of becoming doctors despite financial and social challenges.

27 Students, 100% Success

All 27 students who were part of the initiative successfully cleared NEET 2026, achieving an exceptional 100% qualification rate.

Indian Army’s Community Outreach

The initiative has been driven by the Crossed Swords Division under the White Knight Corps, which has been actively promoting education, youth empowerment and skill development through various community outreach programmes across the Jammu region.
